Landowners Have your say Find your representative Our work affecting land managers Land managers and the Law Local land management groups |
Landowners and managersThe Forum is balanced between land managing interests and user interests, so that the advice we give takes account of a wide variety of points of view. The land managing representatives on the Forum include farmers, land agents, rural business and agricultural training representatives, all of whom have an interest in access. This section contains details of the forum's work relevant to land mangers, and links to local organisations representing land mangers and owners. The 'Land managers and the law' page gives a summary of land managers' responsibilities in connection with Rights of Way and a summary of how the Countryside and Rights of Way Act ('CROW Act) may affect you. |
